This high vibing, in house choreographed dance workout is designed to challenge your brain while making that cardiovascular strength work for it, too! Mind-muscle connection will propel you beyond what you ever thought you were capable of in a fitness class. This introspective class is designed to help you harness your mental and physical strength in congruence. With thoughtful guidance from your Party Starter (instructor), use this class to step into a space where you can connect deeply with yourself, drawing your strength from within.
Bring to life your inner ballerina and take your fitness routine to new heights with The Studio’s very own Barre High! This mat-based, electrifying workout blends the grace and balance of ballet with a heart-pumping mix of cardio and dance inspired moves. Whether you're a first timer, a seasoned dancer (retired ballerinas, where you at?!), or a fitness enthusiast looking for a fresh challenge – everyone is invited to the Barre party!
Hot to the touch! Awaken your confidence and tone your body in this sensual and empowering class. You will learn one chair dance per month to take with you into your life however you see fit. In the bedroom or in the mirror. Party of one or party of two. Step into your own world of sensuality, confidence, and body awareness. This class infuses toning and sculpting with a confidence boost you can take with you wherever you go.
Lifted will take you up and higher. Designed around the aspects of group fitness that make us feel alive; Lifted combines yoga flows you know and love with elements of high-energy cardio that will take you to the next level. Pop it, flow it, twerk it, move it, shake it! Using only your body and what makes you feel connected to the moves and the mat, you will leave this class feeling energized, invigorated, and unstoppable. It’s a big ol’ party with just your body and your mat!
Low Impact Training is the name of the game with this class. Don’t be fooled by the title, this class is every bit as challenging as the next. Read: It ain't easy! We have replaced high impact movement (jumping jacks, burpees, high knees) with challenging and creative strength based combinations, using a variation of equipment. You can expect it to be easy on the joints, but tough on the endurance. Feel your muscles light up with this one, Party People!

In addition to our 6 main formats, we like to keep coming up with funky ass shit like every single day. From hip hop step aerobics to a Mash-Up of dance choreography and aerobics, check out what has come out of the lab, and let us know if you think they should make it to the main stage.
We've chosen the simplest JAM routines combined with segments of toning and strength using light weights and a resistance band for a full body dance fitness party. If you love JAM, you'll love PUTJ! This class will leave you with a dance party high and feeling stronger than ever!
Let me see you 1, 2, STEP! This is not your 1980's Step class, that's for sure. We are taking all the boundaries and shattering them in the world of aerobic step all while staying true to the moves that made step such an addictive workout. This class will leave you dripping sweat with easier to follow routines that get your heart pumping.
Yoga mat, high pony, killer playlist…let’s FLOW. Set to both modern and old school hip-hop, pop, and R&B tracks, this vinyasa style class will guide you through a series of basic yoga asanas connected with breathwork and swagger. This class is designed to be lighthearted and enjoyable for both beginner and seasoned yogis alike.
50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, GO! The beat of the music will keep you energized and pace your movement from start to finish as you bust through this 30 minute high energy, high intensity interval training class. We use the best playlists to trick your mind into forgetting you are completing an intense & efficient full body HIIT workout because you're having so much fun.
This is one helluva cardio and toning dance party unlike anything you've ever experienced for DANCERS AND NON-DANCERS ALIKE! We use an ad-on aerobics cardio party format that is easy to follow to get you going before the breakdown where we learn 8 dance moves by way of continuous and repetitive movement one at a time until we put them all together for one killer dance routine.
If you love the intensity of a walking workout, but need to energy of a dance party, this is the class for you! Walkdance is the PERFECT format for anyone beginning their journey and wanting to increase the intensity with each workout completed.
HIIT Dance...it's not HIIT, and it's not Dance, it's a creative combination of the two. No dance experience required! With 15-20 minute wham, bam, thank you, ma'am cardio blasts, this is your place for everything short, sweet, and sweaty.
Don’t stop HIIT it HIIT it! BEATS is 30 minutes of high intensity interval training, but don’t let those fancy fitness words scare you! This class is guided using a TEAM mentality creating a highly encouraging environment. Just when the going gets tough, you have a girl gang cheering you on reminding you that you can do anything you put your mind to.
This is not your 1980's Step class, that's for sure. It's called REBEL STEP for a reason; we are taking all the boundaries and shattering them in the world of aerobic step. This class will leave you dripping sweat with easier to follow routines that get your heart pumping! The instructor takes you through each routine so you will feel like a modern day step queen by the end of the class.
LEVEL-UP: To improve your current situation in a way that feels like a powerful shift. It starts with a change in thought, a shift in mindset, followed by a brave action, and the fuel that drives all of it is passion. Move through a sequence of strengthening, stability, and toning exercises using cardio barbells (optional), resistance bands, dumbbells, and a mat set to a killer playlist (DUH).
THE PARTY STARTERS
Every class is a fitness party led by our thoughtful expert instructors who are your personal Party Starters. You can expect heart-pounding curated playlists, thoughtful choreography, and creative combinations that bring out the spirit of dance, yoga, interval training, and more. The Studio is a perfect blend of celebration and sweat.
Jamie finds a way to bring depth and meaning to each class with no lack of humor through her passion as well as intuition to create a powerful experience for each VIP in the room. Whether she’s encouraging you to shake your ass without abandon on the JAM floor, or whispering to your soul during a challenging moment in IGNITION, Jamie is there with you every beat of the way with reminders that you deserve to feel an exhilarating sense of freedom in each and every move in The Studio and in life. She is a master at culminating the most sublime playlists, tailored to complement not only the movement presented to you, but also to stir something inside of you from start to finish so you always leave feeling inspired and fulfilled. During her classes you can expect to laugh, cry, yell, or maybe all three in a matter of 60 of the most invigorating and meaningful minutes you’ll ever experience in the fitness realm.

Jana’s classes will always push you to be your very best. She blends upbeat, hopeful playlists meant to cross your mind’s line of what you consider demanding. Jana isn't just an instructor, mom of 2, and business owner; she's a guide to unearthing a hidden fire within, igniting newfound confidence, amplifying strength, and fostering a warrior's mindset. You will possess no fear of crossing old borders. Jana challenges everyone to show up and pick up whatever weight feels challenging, and be ready to work for that higher well-being!

Jade’s group fitness journey began in 2014 as a genesis of a love for pop music, dance, collective joy, and a belief that workouts should feel like a party. Her boundless enthusiasm and energy create an electric atmosphere where every class feels like a pop-music fitness party. Jade is bubbly and infectious, creating the perfect synergy of fun and maybe, just maybe, a little work. Music is her secret weapon. Her curated and original playlists will help you get lost in the rhythm. Jade’s philosophy is simple: Fitness should be a celebration of what your body can do. VIPs and Party People of any and all levels will find themselves smiling through the sweat all while surprised at how sparkly and empowered they feel after a class with Jade.

Jordan is our very own maven of The Studio with a Physical Therapy background whose favorite activity is dancing in the kitchen with her dogs. As she preps for her classes, Jordan infuses them with her signature charm – a dash of booty poppin', a swirl of hair whips, toning moves aplenty, and an infectious "hell yes!" vibe. Her mission? To have you strut out of her class not only with endorphins soaring but with a newfound confidence in your body, no matter your fitness level. Jordan's classes will have you owning your moves, embracing your sensuality, and leaving judgment at the door. But the party doesn't stop there. Jordan's carefully curated Bedroom Party Playlists might just inspire a dance break in the bedroom, too. Her classes aren't just workouts – they're a chance to revel in your sexuality. So get set to dance, sweat, and celebrate the sexiest version of yourself!

Catch Kayleigh comin’ in HOT with her beats bumpin’ the workout playlist of the day! (Volume: as high as it will go, until her hubby turns it down) She spends hours combing through music that will take over during her classes. She’s a notorious “Woo!” girl, everything-under-the-sun DJ, and has the sass to last for days. Kayleigh is the youngest of 9 siblings, including her twin brother. She’s been dancing since she was 3, so KayKay is no stranger to a party or shakin’ her booty. Before you even know it, she has her tunes connected to your Bluetooth speaker. And her creative choreography? You can partially thank her 2 french bulldogs (Norma Jean and Betty White) for that! She’s always hovering over them in a pose that she’s testing out for class. Kayleigh wants everyone to leave her classes thinking: “Damn, that was fun!” (and you will, we promise!) Party People won’t be able to wipe the smile off of their faces after a class with Kayleigh. With Kayleigh, you will have the confidence to do bigger things in your everyday life, and she will jumpstart it in her class with the pop of a booty and the flip of the hair, baby!

Jami is incredibly passionate about fitness and attributes its role in saving her life in multiple ways. A dedicated and industrious individual, Jami brings this strong work ethic into every class, motivating Party Starters to strive for their optimal selves. Before stepping into the role of an instructor, Jami wholeheartedly absorbed each class she attended at The Studio. Whenever life punches her in the face, Jami recalls her capacity to overcome the challenges because of her practice on the mat. Through her classes, Jami aspires to impart the same sense of self-worth, aiming to inspire and challenge VIPs and newcomers alike to unearth the potential within themselves. Jami's ultimate goal is to ignite motivation, provide encouragement, and help Party Starters find their own individual strength.

Tanya is a wife, mother of 5, and corporate 9-5er who likes to take 60 minutes and forget all of her worldly responsibilities on the dance floor. Her hope is when you step foot in her class, you feel welcome to do the same and free to be you. Tanya actively tries to live in the present by not dwelling on the past and remaining hopeful about the future. In her classes, you can expect to smile, laugh, hear about her adventures of motherhood, addiction to Target, and get to know her hilarious and joyful alter ego on the dance floor. No matter where you're coming from, how you're getting there, or where you're venturing afterward, there is always a spot for you on Tanya’s dance floor!

Kate’s goal is to provide freedom for space and energy to align with each person’s individual experience in her classes. Her hope is to offer guidance into challenging poses and new ways to move through those challenges. In Kate’s classes, Party Starters will practice bringing intention into breath and using it to connect to their mind and body. Her keen taste in music and calming vibe will bring you back to yourself, all the while sweating like you didn’t think was possible. (For real, how does she do it?!) Kate is light hearted, tough as nails, and strives to have a fun and open environment when she guides Party Starters on their mats.

Micah, AKA, our crazy cat lady, has big goals for you as her Party People. Micah embraces sweat sessions in the outdoors as well within the walls of The Studio – a testament to her true love for exercise and nature. She does this alongside her husband, who she has been with since high school. Micah strives to send her class off with the fortitude to conquer anything, feeling stronger and better than they did when they walked through the door or logged in online. Micah loves to savor the boundless achievements she gets to witness in her classes (read: it’s her favorite part of instructing!). VIPS and all Party People will leave Micah’s classes with a sense of accomplishment and fun. Her quirky, upbeat, and fun-loving energy will keep ya goin’ til the end. She will be ready for you with a new and creative workout the next time you show up, and that’s guaran-damn-teed!

Sabrena isn't your average accountant: She’s also a one of a kind Party Starter! Sabrena’s renowned for her hair flips and booty poppin skills on the dance floor. You’ll feel them through the screen all the way at home if you’re an online VIP! Which is perfect, because that’s exactly where Sabrena started her own party in her living room in 2020. She made her way to the dance floor to join the party in person in 2022 when she began her journey as a Party Starter at The Studio. Sabrena will teach all VIPS that embracing mistakes and owning their unique style is what it’s all about. She will help you unleash your inner performer so you can shine all the time!

When you follow the call of the disco ball, you will have the ultimate Party guide to accompany you on your adventure. She is an exquisite, devoted, long-haired blonde, known to us as Cassie. A recent sign outside The Studio read, “You can do anything, but you can’t do everything.” Ironic since Cassie creates the signs, yet, at The Studio, she undoubtedly does do everything! You’ll frequently see her welcoming you in at the front desk, troubleshooting tech issues, caring for the kids of our VIP mamas, anticipating the needs of instructors and clients before they arise, and answering a massive amount of questions weekly. Consistently, you will see her shaking that booty on the dance floor in the front row or killing those high knees in IGNITION. Jamie always says, “everyone needs a Cassie in their life.” Now that you are a VIP, you have one!

Which class should I start with if I'm a beginner?
What we always say is to read the descriptions on our website and pick the one that sounds like you would enjoy it the most. All of our classes can easily be modified to meet you where you are and all of our instructors offer modifications and encourage you to listen to your body and DO YOU! The most important thing is that you have fun because that's what will keep you coming back and consistency is everything!
